There's a place on Chicago, West of Ashland, where you can even get Rabbit.  I love serving rabbit for Easter ... I love rabbit, but also because the look on guests faces when they see the poor Easter bunny laying there next to the Easter lamb (or at least its leg) is just priceless!

I'm surprised rabbit is not more readily available.  Meat rabbits are much more cost effective to raise than beef, chicken,  pork lamb.  Rabbit is also most nutritional of all meat. Also, a stud can get the job done in about 10 seconds......hence the term "f@*k like a rabbit"
