Looking for referrals

Need to have someone scrape, paint, maybe reglaze a few, and CAULK my exterior windows....  FOR CHEAP...

Your post is pretty old but try Carl King if you still need someone -- (708) 960-5847 or (708) 383-9352.  He's an independent painter from Oak Park.  This sort of thing would be right up his alley, and he's very reasonable.  He's done some exterior painting and odds and ends for us over the years.

I painted and recaulked our exterior windows last summer.  Pretty time consuming but well worth it!
