You just posted at 4:48, a little over 2 hours before the meeting starts.  Was this advertised or posted anywhere else?  This is a talk forum that how many First Ward residents look at on a weekly basis? Daily basis?  Hourly basis?  I guess she doesn't want too many people to attend, does she?

Mrs. N,  Alderman Chapman sent an email yesterday afternoon, which I just saw today.  I posted this as soon as I saw the email.

I agree that she is not very proactive in letting her constituents know about these meetings, or anything else going on in the ward/city.  Has she ever been?  I believe the only reason I was sent an email is because when I have attended these in the past I have given her my email address to be included on any ward communication.
