Concordia Little Lambs Summer Camp for Preschoolers - 2nd Grade

Summer camp will provide "hands on" learning activities for young children.  It will include art activities, storytime, fingerplays, songs and Jesus time.  Our theme this year will be FISH.

WHO MAY ENROLL?

Children who are potty trained and ages 3, 4 or 5 by January 1, 2006, and children who have completed kindergarten, first and second grades.

WHEN DOES CAMP MEET?

Camp meets from 9 - 11:45 am beginning on Wednesday June 29th and ending on Friday July 22.  It will meet on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

WHERE DOES CAMP MEET?

Camp meets in the preschool and kindergarten classrooms of Concordia Lutheran Church on 32nd and Home Avenue in Berwyn.

CLASS LIMIT

20 children with Mrs. Matthews and her assistant in the preschool room.
18 children with Mrs. Korenchan in the kindergarten classroom.

COST

$140 for the twelve day camp ($70 is due with the registration form and $70 is due before June 29).

Fish camp started today at Little Lambs preschool.  There are still a few openings if the kiddies are getting restless.  It's a great way for little ones to learn about fish and also how so many of the Bible stories related to fish and being fishers of men.

The children are separated into two classrooms by age.  A field trip is being planned for more hands on learning about aquatic life.
